Ocracoke Youth Center

The Community Park provides a space for residents and visitors of all ages. This is where youth league soccer, t-ball, and baseball practice and play. Ocracoke School also uses it for middle school and varsity soccer and baseball. This field was a labor of love by many calloused hands in this community and continues to be an awesome place to gather.

This land was generously donated for the purpose of building tennis and pickleball courts. The courts were completed in 2024 and have been an awesome addition to the village for residents and visitors alike. Stop by and join in a game!

Village Thrift takes in items that community members no longer need. They organize and make it available to consumers for reasonable prices. Volunteers are the heart of this effort and all proceeds benefit the OYC.
